Cooking Directions

Stuffed Chicken Breasts: Cook at 350 degrees for 50 min. to 1 hour.

Stuffed Shrimp: Cook at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
|
|
Stuffed Sole: Cook at 350 degrees for 30 min. on aluminum foil.
|
| Stuffed Pork Chops: Cook at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes. |
|
Crab Cakes: Cook at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes on a cookie sheet.
|
|
Twice Baked Potatoes: Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
|
|
King Crab: Cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
|
|
Stuffed Flank Steak: Cook at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes on aluminum foil.
|
| Tri Tip: Cook at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes or BBQ for about the same time, turning once. |
| Prime Rib: Cook at 325 degrees for 15 min. per pound for rare, 18 min. per pound for medium, or to a temperature of 140 degrees for medium and 125 degrees for rare. |
| Leg of Lamb: Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes per pound or a temp. of 145 degrees. |
| Pork Roast: Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound or a temp. of 155 degrees. |
| Pot Roast: Brown beef in a small amount of oil. Add a small amount of liquid and simmer for 2.5 to 3.5 hours or until tender. |
| Slow Roasted BBQ Ribs: Elevate ribs over 1″ of water in a large baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 3 hours. Remove rack and fluid, sauce with Pappy’s BBQ Sauce & bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour. |
